Massage
Joanne is a degree level qualified fully insured masseuse. A variety of massage techniques are on offer including aromatherapy, swedish and remedial. Clients can request full body massage or a treatment to target specific areas. For an aromatherapy treatment Joanne will produce bespoke oil blends tailored to your individual needs. Massage treatments are available in 30, 60 or 90 minute time slots.
Reflexology
Reflexology has been traced back as far as 2330BC where it was recorded on the tomb wall of Ankhamor in Egypt. During a reflexology treatment you will receive a leg and foot massage to relieve stress and muscle tension, followed by a pressure massage to reflex points on the feet that are linked to areas in the body such as your organs or joints. Reflexology calms the nervous system, frees the flow of energy throughout the body, eases pain and supports your health and wellbeing. A reflexology treatment lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Reiki
Reiki is an energy treatment which has lately been backed by science for its use in relieving pain significantly in a range of conditions, decreasing anxiety & depression and improving quality of life during palliative care. The practitioner will position their hands on different areas of the body, channeling energy to promote the person’s own healing response and to allow the client to go in to a deep state of relaxation. Joanne also offers grounding Reiki sessions in the woodland at Wilderness Wood, a deeply healing and grounding one on one or group session of up to 5 people, these sessions take 1 hour. A general Reiki session with Joanne lasts 30 mins or 1 hour, you can also request Reiki with a massage or reflexology treatment.
Yoga, Dancing and drum workshops
Our events team includes yoga, dance and drum instructors as well as meditation guides and of course our holistic treatment practioneers. We work with events organisers to provide holistic health hubs at festivals and other events. The healing spaces we provide are the ideal opportunity for event attendees to relax and unwind. Mobile / Home treatments
Happily healthily holistically can travel to your home with our portable massage beds to provide holistic treatments within the comfort of your own space. We currently provide this service across Sussex and parts of Surrey
Residencies
We operate from three fixed locations across Sussex. You can book an appointment every Friday at the Wilderness wood health hut, Oathall house in Haywards Heath can be booked on request. Additionally we are the resident massage service for visitors to the Wonderland nature retreat.
Care homes and assisted living locations
We provide holistic treatments to residents of a variety of care homes and assisted living locations across Sussex. Our treatments help to improve quality of life and provide relief from various ailments.
Festivals and Events
Happily healthily holistically work with a number of event organisers to provide holistic health hubs at festivals, camp outs and other public events. We operate from beautiful bell tents providing a space for massage, reflexology and reiki and also run yoga, dancing and drum workshops
Hen parties, Receptions and Occasions
Our team can help to enrich and enliven private parties such as hen do’s and wedding receptions. We have also provided holistic treatments at birthday’s and anniversary occasions. Contact us for more details
